Programmes of Study


The Institute offers two educational programmes:


    1. Hospitality and Tourism Management (Language of Instruction English)

    2. Culinary Arts (Language of Instruction English or Greek)


The programmes are offered at the level of a higher diploma over the course of three years using the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) that facilitates the articulation process for further studies in Cyprus or abroad. The student also has the option of exit after the completion of the second year of studies with the award of a Certificate (120 ECTS).

The programmes provide an all-rounded professional education and extensive practical training which enable the graduate to have access to a wealth of career options and succeed in an increasingly competitive world.
