The Graduates Association of the Hotel Institute, Cyprus was formed to accept as members all graduates of the Central Hotel School, the Hotel and Catering Institute, and the Higher Hotel Institute, Cyprus.

The aims of the Association are:
Tightening of relations between the graduates and the Institute for mutual benefit.
Co-operation with the Higher Hotel Institute, Cyprus Informing and educating its members.
Promoting the best interests of its members through cooperation with other associations and organisations.
Promoting the interests and well-being of its members.
Promoting the interests and goodwill of the Institute and providing assistance to the Institute for carrying out its work.
