Within the framework of practical training required for the programmes Hospitality and Tourism Management and Culinary Arts, the student training restaurant is open to the public for lunch from 13:30 until 15:00 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, on a reservation basis.
Following a major refurbishment, the HHIC Student Training Restaurant opened its doors in October 2020, to reveal a stunning and modern new look. The project was sponsored by Muskita Hotels and Amathina Luxury Hotels Ltd at the behest of Mr Christos Mouskis, Executive Chairman of Muskita Hotels. The restaurant was expanded and redesigned for an upgraded customer and learning experience. A satellite kitchen was installed with the latest high-tech equipment. Spectacular views of the Institute gardens and the Pentadaktylos mountain provide a perfect backdrop to an elegant setting and a unique, qualitative meal experience.
Students are given the opportunity to be exposed to real job situations and practice both technical and conviviality aspects of food and beverage service.
